Australian police are pursuing criminal charges against a 51-year-old mother of six for referring to male sports cheat and lesbophobic YouTuber Riley J. Dennis as a man.

Kirralie Smith, named ‘Mother of the Year’ this May, has been charged with “villifying” Dennis and another Australian soccer player, who “were allegedly harassed online as part of Smith’s recent social media activity that targeted the inclusion of transgender athletes on the soccer field.”

“In two days’ time, there will be a separate mention for a case against me by another male athlete who is claiming I have vilified him for the same thing,” Smith told Parliament House in a speech Monday.

“In the space of just 5 weeks, I, as an adult human female, formerly known as a woman, will appear in four different court cases to defend women’s rights to say no to men in our spaces.”
