Discussing 'Parents With Inconvenient Truths About Trans' With 'A Slightly Twisted Female'

A new book that will make history

“Being a parent is ‘conversion therapy’ now,” I told Brittney Rouxx today. Going by the moniker Slightly Twisted Female, Rouxx is one of the women who turned up last Friday to protest the American Civil Liberties Union with me. (I’ll have more to say about that later this week.) She is a fierce advocate for mothers and children with a background in radicalism — and now, one of many Americans feeling a new distance from where they had stood in the left-right political discourse even just a few years ago.

We were discussing Parents with Inconvenient Truths about Trans: Tales from the Home Front in the Fight to Save Our Kids, a new volume produced by the PITT parents, with proceeds going to Genspect. I have been a subscriber to the Substack since it began. When I met Brittney last Friday, I mentioned that I was preparing to review the book for The Distance and that I should like to help publicize it further on YouTube channels.
