Elon Musk Helps Gender Fraud Whistleblower Sue Everyone Who Tried To Put Him In Jail
Accountability altruism against the woke mind virus
Dr. Eithan Haim, the Texas children’s gender clinic whistleblower subjected to malicious prosecution by the Biden Justice Department, is holding the people who tried to imprison him accountable for their lies.
The absence of any factual basis for the charges against Dr. Haim was evident throughout his ordeal. Despite submitting two amended versions to the court, prosecutors were never able to submit a charging document that properly explained how Dr. Haim had supposedly committed the alleged crime of violating patient privacy.
As reported by Daily Wire yesterday, “Haim is suing Texas Children’s Hospital, Baylor College of Medicine, Dr. Larry Hollier Jr., a board-certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Kristy Rialon, an associate professor of surgery at Baylor College of Medicine and pediatric surgeon at Texas Children’s, and Afsheen Davis, the general counsel for Texas Children’s.”
In our podcast with Dr. Haim last September, we heard how despite the charges being dropped by the incoming Trump administration, the price of his freedom was steep. With Elon Musk providing for his representation, however, Haim is free to take his case as far as he wants.
Musk also financed a lawsuit by Gina Carano against Disney alleging that she was illegally fired from her role as Cara Dune on The Mandalorian over her political views. Carano settled last August after Lucasfilm folded like a cheap tent.
The people who tried to frame Dr. Haim, and smeared him in retaliation for blowing the whistle on their secret activities, will now find out what it is like to be sued by the world’s richest man.
The lawsuit alleges that Dr. Hollier “knowingly lied” to “fabricate a story that would serve as the predicate for the criminal investigation and eventual prosecution” against Dr. Haim. Hollier’s false statements convinced federal authorities in three agencies, HHS, the FBI, and the Department of Justice, to pursue charges.
A gender clinician who continued to work on children after the hospital had supposedly stopped, Dr. Rialon also “posted a number of ‘anonymous defamatory reviews’ on Haim’s public WebMD profile while he was still an anonymous whistleblower and his identity had not been made public.”
Demonstrating malice, Rialon falsely accused Dr. Haim “of mutilating and raping his patients”, including one post in which she pretended to be a patient that he had supposedly assaulted. According to the lawsuit, under FBI questioning, Rialon admitted posting these lies about Haim using false names.
Assistant United States Attorney Tina Ansari, the prosecutor, withdrew from the case in November 2024 after lawyers for Dr. Haim challenged her “substantial financial and political ties” to Texas Children’s Hospital and the Baylor College of Medicine. After all, no puberty blocker scandal would be complete without flagrant self-dealing.
This clear-cut case of whistleblower retaliation is now ending in a very different court than the one where it began. We will update on this story as it develops. The podcast is embedded below.

Dr. Eithan Haim is a genuine stand-up guy-- an honorable man and a truth-teller. I'm glad to hear he is getting some major support to seek the justice he deserves. I hope this will cause others to think twice before slandering and raising false accusations against whistleblowers.
Looks like Mr. Musk is following in Peter Thiel's footsteps. Thiel financed Hulk Hogan's lawsuit against the Gawker.
