Mermaids, the charity that did more to create the child sterilization fad than any other organization on the planet, is finally being held accountable. In just two weeks, their star has plummeted to earth. First, they tried an ill-advised lawsuit against the LGB Alliance that got all their witnesses exposed in court as thoughtless, child-sterilizing cretins. That case has not even concluded and the damning testimonial record is already catching up to them as consequences.

This week, the Times of London reported on the Mermaids website offering binders to underage children without the consent of their parents. Yesterday, they reported that Mermaids will be investigated by the UK’s Charity Commission, the same body where they are suing the LBG Alliance. (In a delightful self-own, Pink News denied the report yesterday only to have it confirmed hours later by the Charity Commission.)
