Stephanie Hayden Is An Abusive Fraud Of A Man, And Other Factual Observations
Stop the Presses - 5 October 2022
Stephen Halliday, aka Stephanie Hayden, is a vexatious litigant and abuser with a criminal record for assault with a golf club. Equipped now with a “gender identity,” Stephanie uses police reporting and court process to bludgeon people who give him butthurt on Twitter. In the latest chapter this week, Hayden called the Surrey, UK police on a woman over tweets, and they actually arrested her. For some reason, he is especially keen to do this to women.

Hayden has suffered a run of hard luck lately in his harassment campaign of this man, however. A series of dismissals seems to be the triggering event for this latest outrage in Surrey. But now, barrister Adrian Yalland has had quite enough of the bully, and we are alive for it. Rejoice.

If you liked the way that witnesses for Mermaids turned radioactive under the withering light of cross-examination, wait until Mr. Yalland’s attorneys depose Mr. Stephanie Hayden. Pro se litigants only ever know exactly enough about the law to get themselves in trouble. Stock up on popcorn.
MOVE OVER GIRLS, A BOY HAS FEELINGS: In Vermont, “Randolph High Schools girl’s volleyball team has been banned from its own locker room while school officials investigate a conflict involving a transgender student on the team.” Of course, everyone else must be inconvenienced by his desire to share space with naked females, since his motives are entirely pure and innocent, being “gender.”
“They want all the girls who feel uncomfortable -- so pretty much 10 girls -- to get changed in a single stall bathroom, which would take over 30 minutes. Where if one person got changed separately, it would take a minute, like no extra time,” Allen said.
Remember “we just want to pee”? Americans are learning that the agenda also includes boys wagging their dicks around in the girls’ locker room changing for PE. Americans see what the hell is going on in the brave new world of Lia Thomas and woke Title IX, they don’t like it, and without a lobby around to whip up a mob, a majority of Americans will ultimately reject it, even in the most progressive of places.
DRINK ALL THE TEA: Mermaids was always going to unravel one day into another “how could we have known?” type of scandal. Everyone who was right about this will have their names inscribed at the base of a future monument to the memory of a medicalized fad, a harmful cult, and their media enablers.

UNPOSSIBLE: I was repeatedly assured that no man would ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever imitate a woman to access children. Was it a lie

ORDER OF THE WEE-NIX: Eliza Mondegreen is a profile in courage. She attended the latest gathering of WPATH to get the inside story of a medical scandal and found a tent revival for the “gender identity” child sterilization cult. We can make the gender-magic work if we believe harder:
There’s a lot to say about it and I’m still processing. But one of the things that fascinated me about the World Professional Association for Transgender Health conference was how persuasive is the feeling that you're making progress. The language is always changing and so you're Always Learning. The frontiers of identity are always expanding. Everything can always be made more 'inclusive.' Techniques can always be refined.
It's easy to lose sight of what you're progressing toward: sterilizing more kids, earlier, on thinner and thinner pretexts, regardless of comorbidities, despite mounting evidence of both social contagion as a driver and medical harm as the outcome.
LET THE HIJRA TO STRIPE BEGIN: Toby Young, whose Daily Sceptic and Free Speech Union accounts were cancelled by PayPal and restored after intense public pressure, talks to Megan Murphy about how to fight back against woke tech, and where it came from. What emerges from their discussion, in simpler words, is that Stripe supports Substack, and neither platform seems to care very much about what the grievance committee thinks. We do have a choice in online payment processors. It is very possible to stop using PayPal and cancel the thought-policing in your online life. “Go woke, go broke.”
LET’S TALK ABOUT MATT WALSH: Media Matters went through archives to build the usual highlight reel of wrongthink from a prominent critic of the child sterilization cult and found something awful, because of course they did. I really don’t care about Walsh, or his politics, or his garbage opinions from whenever ago. I simply note that one day, Media Matters For America will be subject to embarrassing disclosures about the timing of these attacks on public figures after they spoke out on the child-sterilizing cult. CEO Angelo Carusone is a friend from a decade ago, and I had great respect for him at one time, but MMFA has turned into Pink News. Calling him a peodphile won’t make the child-sterilizing cult stop being news, Angelo.
NO COUNTRY FOR OLD WOMEN: Lisa Selin Davis has published the short version of yet another piece on the historiography of “gender” in America that mainstream outlets turned down. In large part, I think it’s because she fearlessly remembers what went down before, and memory is the first defense against tyranny.
SOCIETY OF AUTHORITARIANS: Kate Clanchy’s letter detailing the harassment campaign she endured from Joanne Harris and the Society of Authors is a damning indictment of woke publishing. Turns out that Phillip Pullman is even more pathetic and useless than we imagined, what a twist.
GET UP AND MOVE: Stop doomscrolling, get outside and play more!
