The ACLU Makes Our Prisons Forget Everything They Know About Autogynephilia
By targeting vulnerable women
Jermaine Gibson, a man who identifies as a “transgender woman” named Cyntara, allegedly harassed and assaulted a female prisoner at New Jersey’s Edna Mahan Correctional Facilty For Women during April.
In an interview with Reduxx, inmate Shakira Reed says “I was attacked because I didn’t want to have sex with him.”
The brutal attack followed weeks of escalating harassment by Gibson and avoidance by Reed.
“I faked sick so I wouldn’t have to go to work, so I wouldn’t have to walk past him, so I wouldn’t have to hear him make remarks about my body,” Reed says. “I started wearing large clothing to cover my body because I was feeling so uncomfortable.”
“Gibson continuously harassed Reed and would often speak in his man voice because he thought it was funny when he was asked not to because it had made the women uncomfortable,” another inmate tells Reduxx.
Witnesses say that blood was “everywhere” after Gibson repeatedly punched Reed in the head. After being treated for her injuries, Reed was put into solitary confinement for 90 days to learn her lesson: do what the man says.
The American Civil Liberties Union did this. I hold them responsible.
This is, of course, insane. When normies find out this is happening in America, they are startled. They say: “That’s insane.”
Genevieve Gluck holds the ACLU accountable in her Reduxx article:
In 2019, an ACLU lawsuit against the New Jersey Department of Corrections resulted in a settlement which required the state to allow violent male inmates to self-identify into the Edna Mahan Correctional Facility for Women.
The lawsuit was launched on behalf of a transgender male inmate who sought transfer but had been denied. That inmate was anonymized in court records, referred to only as “Sonia Doe.”
Reduxx recently learned that Doe is in fact a man who was investigated by the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force for the attempted illicit sale of ammunition and pipe bombs. Daniel Smith uses the name Danielle Demers and is a vocal participant in the “adult diaper” community, a fetish subculture which involves adults dressing up and roleplaying as children during sex.
Calling itself a premier guardian of prisoner rights in America, the American Civil Liberties Union is in fact the prime mover behind the insane nationwide campaign to house intact men in women’s prisons.
Anywhere this happens, an ACLU lawsuit and/or lobbying is responsible. There has never been a public debate, because “this is not a debate.”
In order to comply with this sickening case of rape culture as judicial activism, prison officials have been forced to put everything they once knew about violent men and their paraphilias down the memory hole.

A friend of this writer, someone deeply passionate about leftist causes and worked many years to become a prison therapist, shared her ‘peak trans’ story with me three years ago.
As I keep saying, peak trans is a process, not a single moment in time. You can read the entire thing here to see what I mean. One piece of her story stands out here.
Using her masters in social work (MSW), my friend was introduced to the harsh and disturbing realities of male sexual violence against women. Her profession knew all about Blanchard and autogynephilia. They knew, from the prisoners themselves, just what depths of twisted rage a man can have towards women, and still want to “be” a woman.
They knew:
During my MSW internship, I was sent to work as a therapist at an institution for involuntarily committed sex offenders. These are the guys whose crimes are so bad that even after they’ve served their prison sentences, they are deemed too dangerous to release to the public, so they are sent to our institution indefinitely, or until a judge deems them rehabilitated and orders them released. Our job was to reduce their recidivism and rehabilitate them (or to do our best to try).
This was a life changing experience for me. Going every day of my life into an institution where I walked around the same halls as some of the most sexually violent men in the country, all on my own, no weapons, no escorts, and I had to trust none of them to grab or attack me. Had to trust I could get to a panic button. Had to trust the guards would watch their cameras and see it happening and come to my rescue. I learned to firm my boundaries hard as stone there. I learned to stay quiet and observe. I learned to ask a lot of questions, and did I ever.
I was blessed with the best supervision I could ever ask for. Some of the top experts in the country on issues of paraphilia, sexuality, male violence, etc. I spent endless time reading through court documents, studies, case files, descriptions of the violent and grotesque crimes my clients had committed. I read the most horrific things imaginable about them, and then had to file that in the back of my mind and still see them as human beings in need of help and compassion. I was able to do that. I set my values and fear and even my anger at what they’d done to children and women aside in hope that something I could provide would help these patients find some relief from the things that tormented them. When I finally left, I received feedback that I had made a difference to some of them, so that must count for something.
Listening to them in their group and individual sessions was where I started to break from my libfem roots. This institution had a mix of groups. We had high/low IQ, and high/low psychopathy clients. They were housed in different units. I worked with the high IQ high psychopathy population. Aside from the common theme of abuse, trauma, and being victims of sexual abuse themselves, I learned just how much pornography was a massive contributing factor to a lot of these guys offending in a variety of ways. A common theme was men with what some would call a micropenis. Others didn’t have a micropenis, just what they viewed as one that is small. They see huge penises in porn. They get a major complex that they’ll never be able to please a woman. Add in some trauma and deviance, and down the escalator to hell they go. One that I remember well was a man that told me about how he targeted little girls. He did this, he said, because they wouldn’t be disappointed by the size of his penis like adult women would be. They wouldn’t know what they were missing, so they’d enjoy it. It was the only way he felt he’d get any sexual release, so he perfected preying on little girls. This is a rabbit hole I could write on quite a bit (sex offender treatment, reducing recidivism, pornography), but I don’t want to go too far off topic. Nonetheless, hearing and seeing inside the minds of high level committed sex offenders that year, it fundamentally changed me.
During my time there, I had a lot of questions. My supervision was amazing. One day I asked, naively, “What about female sex offenders, do we treat them?”
My boss chuckled.
“It’s not that they don’t exist, but they’re so rare. And they’d rarely if ever need this type of treatment. It’s usually an entirely different approach for an entirely different cause…” and he schooled me on why I was a shit feminist, without saying as much. I had a lot to learn away from the “but not all men,” and the “women do it too” circles that were pervasive even in the left. Reality wasn’t what some of my allies were guilt tripping me into believing.
So then I asked, “What about trans women?” At this point, still fully believing the “some people are born in the wrong body” line.
Boss paused again. “We have trans women, and we have males with AGP. We keep them in another wing.” Cool. Makes sense.
“Wait, what is AGP?”
That lesson I received that day was… another eye opener. AGP (autogynephilia) was a new but shocking concept. I knew of cross dressers, but this was a whole other level from what I’d imagined. I had no idea this was such a fetish for some men. A growing number of men. In talking with them, common themes were the pornography they consumed, the trauma the personality disorders, this histories of abuse. These males were on female hormones, wore female attire, and put on makeup. But they were still male and they were still capable of being violent rapists as they had many times in their past. To think of putting them in female prisons or shelters or homes was so outrageous to me that I couldn’t imagine anyone would ever even suggest something so absurd. Little did I know, such absurd things would not only be requested, but demanded within a couple of years by the people marching beside me for social justice in other areas.
More seeds planted.
They knew, but now they must pretend not to know anything.
Today, my friend has exited the profession. She has participated in protests outside women’s prisons. She is fed up with the “progressive left” and the enabling institutions she once respected, like the ACLU.
She has seen what they are doing, what they have done, and she is pissed.
Try to imagine a kind of person who is more vulnerable than an incarcerated woman. I cannot. A supermajority of women in American prisons and jails are victims of abuse: they have been trafficked, beaten, raped, molested, assaulted by men.
Many traumatized women are triggered (to use that abused word properly) by the presence of a man, especially when they are in helpless circumstances, which jails always are.
Every female prisoner has evolved human sex recognition heuristics. This instinctive process uses 1/25th the time and energy required for those women to use their cognitive powers and remember they are being “transphobic.” Stress, and renewed trauma, are the result.
Every day. Because prison is every day. Imagine living that reality every day.
The American Civil Liberties Union is institutionally misogynist. They pretend not to see a difference between the “transwoman” and the women he endangers.
They pretend to represent both while abusing the latter: sex discrimination in a woke rainbow package, because “trans.”
The ACLU used the power of the courts to abuse and silence the most helpless women in America. They imposed a learned ignorance on prison professionals: forget what you know. Talking about reality can get you fired.
This is wrong. This is evil. This is enough to call a once-hallowed civil rights organization unfit for purpose. It belongs in the dustbin of history for this.
The ACLU knew that no one would care about women in prison. They knew it would take time for Americans to even become aware that women are being raped and assaulted by men in prison.
The ACLU knows what they are doing is insane, so they have worked to keep a lid on the predictable consequences of their insanity. To cover it up.
In Oregon, the ACLU has actively fought in court to keep the details of these prisoner transfers secret. They do not want the light to shine on this travesty because they know how bad it is. They knew all along that it was wrong and didn’t care.
This is a crime against human rights by a supposed civil rights organization.
Women, and the men who support them, have had enough. Some of us remember what “justice” means. We are gathering at 10 AM on 11 August 2023 at the United States Capitol to remind the ACLU and their Democratic Party lackeys what real democracy looks like. You can join us. The ACLU Makes Our Prisons Forget Everything They Know About Autogynephilia
Any attorney who advises their client to feign a trans identity in order to get them favorable sentencing terms to get them sent to a women's prison must automatically be disbarred if their client rapes an inmate, full stop.
We need a federal law keeping people in prisons that match their biological sex, completely irrespective of their state of transition.
