If denied transition, “trans” children will suicide.”

This is big lie creating urgency and moral righteousness, sending millions of dollars to McGender and Surgery King franchises.

So given that

1) “trans” is 1.6% if the population

2) affirmation denial leads to suicide

3) affirmation didn’t begin until 2009

... history should be a killing field if dead teens. And it isn’t.

So (1) and (2) are clearly false.

Statistics for gender dysphoria predict 5000 transgender Americans, but 5,000,000. So now the criminally irresponsible activists proclaim that dysphoria is optional. It’s a choice, driven by attention starved activists on social media.

The result is an industry that isn’t all that different from Josef Mengele.

What sort of social movement threatens suicide if they don't get what they want? The answer is a cult. Dangerous, cyanide Flavor-Aid™-swilling cults do that.

"Major medical organizations and publications once endorsed lobotomy on zero evidence."

The lobotomy was criticized by the medical community early on, and consistently, throughout the period of its popularity. The Journal of the American Medical Association reported on its negative effects in 1941. What's interesting is that use of the procedure persisted despite professional condemnation.

Why did this happen? We can't point to any single explanation, so here are a few: lack of alternative treatments for the severely mentally ill until the introduction of anti-psychotic drugs; economic incentives for institutions housing difficult to handle patients; the ethical & legal questions regarding how to regulate medical care.

I think that the last two are also contributors to why gender flim-flam has achieved its status within the US.

Lobotomy would not have lasted as long as it did without a compliance level and it would not have ended when it did without consistent opposition. I do intend some deeper research on the topic this year!
