Texas Children’s Hospital said they had stopped doing pediatric transitions. They lied, and Dr. Eithan Haim blew the whistle. In retaliation, he was subjected to an unfair and malicious prosecution defined by conflicts of interest, ideological bias, and sloppy legal citations. Despite being a free man today, he is still paying a price for telling the truth.
